By using LokApp, you agree to these terms.
License
LokApp grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices.
Subscriptions
LokApp offers Free, Pro, and Premium plans. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple ID on iOS, Google Play on Android). Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings.
Free Tier
The free plan is available for one year from account creation. After one year, the account enters read-only mode for six months, then access is fully restricted until a subscription is activated.
Content and Data
You retain ownership of all content you add to LokApp. Photos are encrypted and stored in cloud storage. We do not access, sell, or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
AI Features
LokApp uses AI to identify and categorize items. AI results are suggestions and may not always be accurate. AI usage is subject to plan limits.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. When you delete your account, all your data including items, containers, categories, and associated metadata is permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
If you have shared locations with other users, deleting your account will remove the locations you own and all items within them. Other users who had access to your shared locations will lose access. Items added by contributors to your locations will also be deleted. Members of your shared locations are not otherwise affected.
Limitation of Liability
LokApp is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, inaccurate AI results, or service interruptions. Use of the app for insurance documentation is at your own risk.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
